Our Mission:

Provide programs, processes and services to enhance Section member's personal development and satisfaction.  Promote quality concepts and technologies within the Section's geographic area thru exhibits, awards, publicity and affiliation with other organizations.

How Can We Help You?

We serve our members through networking, presentations, and courses. Today everyone needs to be a champion for quality.  We want to give you an opportunity to enhance your career by participating in our programs.

Something About Us:

Our section serves ASQ members in Eastern Connecticut.  It is centered in the Groton - New London area because most of the original members were from Electric Boat and related organizations.  Much of our leadership still comes from that group, but we now have a more diversified membership.  We have monthly dinner meetings or plant tours.  Our dinner meetings feature brief pre-dinner talks, a good meal, an opportunity to talk with friends and peers, and a speaker talking about their quality practices or new developments in the quality field.  We offer courses for those seeking to enhance their career by seeking certification in Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing, or Quality Management.  We have members active in the regional and national organization.  We want to attract more members from all over the Eastern Connecticut region to be active participants in our program offerings.  We are proud of what we accomplish, and we welcome you to help us be prouder still!
